Answer the question, "What is my body type" & find out Why Diets Don’t Work

Most diets fail because they’re not designed for your specific body type.

One diet does not fit all. Everyone has:

  • A different metabolism

  • Different cravings

  • Different energy levels

  • Different weight gain patterns

That’s why you need your own personalized plan.

What Happens When You Eat Right for Your Body Type

When you start eating right for your type, you balance your glands and body from the inside out. You’ll nourish yourself with the right food at the right time for your metabolism.

For example:

  • If you’re slow to get going in the morning, a light breakfast may be ideal—saving your biggest meal for dinner when your metabolism is strongest.

  • If you wake up full of energy, you may need more protein and a hearty breakfast to fuel your day.

Your body type shows you:

  • Which foods to eat more of and which to avoid

  • The best exercise for your metabolism

  • The vitamins and supplements that will support your type

Because you’re as unique as your fingerprint, your healthy eating plan should be too.

Benefits of Eating for Your Body Type

When you eat right for your body type, you will:

  • Have fewer cravings

  • Gain steady energy all day

  • Feel less hungry

  • Improve your balance and mood

  • Experience weight loss where you most want to see it

My story

I used to struggle with low energy, afternoon crashes, hypoglycemia, sugar cravings, and eczema on my hands for 20 years. Everything changed when I began eating for my type. My energy soared, my skin cleared, and I finally felt strong.

And the same happens for my clients: they heal their ailments and finally lose the weight they’ve been struggling with for years.

“I wake up every day with tons of energy and go non-stop, enjoying life without needing coffee or sugar to get me through. That wasn’t always the case, but everything changed when I started eating right for my body type.”

The Three Superhero Body Types for Women

Every woman has a dominant gland that influences her body type, cravings, and where she tends to gain weight. When this gland is out of balance, weight loss feels impossible. But when you start eating right for your body type, everything changes—you unlock your natural superpowers. And each body type has its own unique strengths and challenges. Here’s where weight tends to show up:

Gaia

Gaia

(Caregiver Type – often pear-shaped)

The Gaia type carries extra weight in the hips, thighs, and lower body, often with a smaller upper body. She may struggle with portion control, emotional eating, and putting others’ needs before her own.

Superpower: With steady nourishment and strong boundaries, the Gaia type reduces cravings, balances hormones, and feels stronger and more confident in her body.

Athena

Athena

(Determined Type – often apple-shaped)

The Athena type is strong and driven, but stress can throw things off balance. Their adrenal glands respond by storing fat in the upper body and midsection, often leading to stubborn belly weight. High cortisol also triggers sugar or caffeine cravings and afternoon crashes.

Superpower: When the Athena type eats right for her body, stress calms, energy steadies, and she regains stamina and a trimmer waistline.

Sue-Anne
Sonic

Sonic

(Energetic Type – thyroid type)

The Sonic type is usually tall and slim with long limbs, but when her thyroid is off, weight often appears as a spare tire around the waist. She may feel restless, experience sudden energy crashes, and crave quick fixes like sugar or caffeine.

Superpower: With the right foods, the Sonic type balances her thyroid, gains steady energy, and feels light, focused, and unstoppable.

What About Ectomorph, Mesomorph, and Endomorph Body Types?

You may have heard of these, but they only describe body shape (slim, muscular, or round). They don’t provide a diet plan, or explain how to balance your metabolism and glands.

That’s why the Bodytypology system works where those older models don’t.
